Music for Little Mozarts
Developed by Dr. E. L. Lancaster
A piano course to bring out the music in every young child.
You can give your child a head start to music with “Music for Little Mozarts” Piano Foundation Course. Young children love music and have a natural ability to respond to it. Beethoven Bear and Mozart Mouse-the 2 central characters in this course will be there to guide your child through his or her great adventure of musical discovery.
In “Music for Little Mozarts”, we build on children’s natural ability and interest to introduce all musical concepts and piano playing in a creative and imaginative way. Each week your child will learn as he or she joins in the many varied activities in music class.
The best age to start learning music is around 4 to 6 years old. This is because the aural development and social skills begin at this age. “Music for Little Mozarts” incorporates the following to ensure that your child enjoy and gets the most from the music learning process:
- Piano playing skills
- Music knowledge (reading of music notes and terms)
- Listening (aural) and movement activities
- Music theory
- Music discovery – listening to the great composers
Our young students are introduced to new musical concepts and performance pieces at the piano every week. By the end of the course, they will get to know as many as 17 Classical Music Composers and their masterpieces.
Conducted by highly experienced & qualified early childhood music education teachers, let your child experience an exceptional music education and watch them excel !
